These are the jumbo rotational bumpers.

 

• Each dummy comes with a FREE nylon throw rope to increase throwing distance.
• These bumpers are not hard but are considerably firmer than the Dokken plasic bumpers.
• They do NOT have a valve.
• Regular size is 2 3/4" x 11" and weights approximately 18oz.
